Spice up your diet, health, and life with surprise…SPICES! Not only, are spices used to flavor your vegetables and proteins but certain spices have incredible health benefits. Nutritionists say to kick up your diet by adding colorful fruits and vegetables, but adding colorful vibrant spices like Turmeric and Cayenne can take your lean chicken and root veggie medley to the next level.
Indian food is known for its wide use of spices, along with being an extremely vegetable and lean protein-based diet. Get adventurous with your next dinner and try this classic delicious 1) Tandoori Chicken, which is covered in heath boosting spices like Cumin and Turmeric. Cumin is powerful as a natural antibacterial, killing Helicobacter Pylori the bacteria linked to ulcers. Along with being a good source of iron and lowering blood-glucose levels.
