April 13, 2012

Salmon is one powerful fish, packing a plethora of health benefits into one serving.  An amazing high-quality protein, it is low in carbohydrates and covers 41-50% of the 46- 56 grams of protein one needs a day.  Widely known, Salmon is a great source of Omega- 3 fatty acids, which help to lower triglycerides preventing high cholesterol and blood pressure. But it’s secret weapon is the immense source of B vitamins it provides;  B1 or niacin which aids in nerve function, B6 that helps the body better absorb the protein in your diet (keeping you satisfied longer), and B12 key in healthy brain function.  Some studies have even shown Salmon to decrease hostility.  Here are three recipes, we think look delicious, from breakfast in the morning to a dinner party at night, try them to help increase your intake of this super food!

With havin so much content do you ever run into any problems
of plagorism or copyright infringement? My site has a lot of completely unique content I’ve either created myself or outsourced but it looks like a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my authorization. Do you know any ways to help reduce content from being stolen? I’d genuinely appreciate it.
